ep 1: Love the pace. Yoon Eun Hye can really act cute in a non exaggerated manner, which I think alot of artistes out there lack such a skill. Kwan Ji Hwan character is a very ‘clean & neat’, Mr Perfectionist. All main charcacters appear. It’s funny when Ah Jung exclaimed how can I be responsible for the bees? Indeed. ROFL when she fainted. Look more murderous than poisoned to me.
ep 2: A war of 2 protagonists. Ki Joon and Ah Jung confrontation/talk in the pool. Funny thing she jumped and can’t swim to help save a stranger. Though kind of typical in Kdrama plot, but at least it is fast forward through. Without showing how the 2 swam to the shore. Ending shows Ah Jung calling out KI Joon as her hubby. Oops, the mistake in past can be forgotten but now?
ep3-4: More rumours that Ki Joon and Ah Jung is a couple. Towards the end, Sang Hee agrees to help Ah Jung with her lie(that Ki Joon is her husband). Yoon Joon comes back to Korea. Ki Joon is really noble, to sacrifice his love just because of brother Sang Hee. Sang Hee brought Ah Jung to welcome 2 Chinese guests at the airport, and introduced her as Ki Joon’s lover. Role reversal, now Ki Joon wants to admit Ah Jung as his wife.
Since Dramabeans is doing recap for this series. I won’t be summarizing per episode. But perhaps add a comment or 2 from time to time.
Ep16: Happy ending! Of course, there’s no doubt that Ki Joon and Ah Jung will end up together.
BUt I really find this drama nowhere close to the genre it should be. If you say romance, it is still ok, with only the coke kiss more special. Comedy, not very much, though the first few episodes did a good job in comedy. Even the sad parts aren’t really sad. There’s not much of a hook factor(which draws you into this drama). On par with my princess, big shots for the casts but under performed due to plot. If you really like such paper marriage(lie) story, perhaps go for Taiwan’s drama, Drunken to love you also known as Love You or an even earlier kind, Fated to love you.
