EP25: Just like what the Mike’s character mentioned in the drama. They are doing a Tom & Jerry chase in this episode. But after all, both ended together, no surprise, as one can easily guessed from the title of this drama. Wang Lan ended up a writer, instead of newscaster, though without a new companion. Yun Chao though don’t like his ex-girlfriend but still maintained as bickering business partners. That’s what the ending is like. At least it show you what is the end of each character, in a wrap up. Acting wise, would recommend Janine’s previous work, Clothing the World. Much better in that drama I think. Perhaps because the cast have some veterans.

Janine Chang didn’t look so stylish in this drama. Prefer her in Black and white, and White Tower. She suit those roles well. Probably she is looking for a breakthrough and not being cast as elegant, charismatic, witty, cold kind of role. Decent try, but I think can be better. Mike He’s role is just like his previous idol series-rich bloke, with some perculiar bone picking habits. But this pairing is at least refreshing. Not draggy at all for the plot. Thought it might be worse like the Fragrant Love. Since I felt that Janine and Alice Ceng looks kind of the same type. Yet in terms of acting, I think Janine did a better job. There’s more room of improvements for both though, if they want to take up this kind of role, which is comedy yet got to strike a balance between just nice and acting cute. Watch it if you miss Mike He’s acting, and needs a good laugh at times.
